Dr. Caroline Noller – Founder and Chief Strategy Officer

Caroline has pioneered embodied carbon and ecological footprinting of property assets in Australia and has over 25 years of property and construction experience. Her background in construction economics and management means she is passionate about efficiency and evidenced based sustainable design practice. Solving the challenge of design excellence within the ecological limits of One Planet is her life’s mission.
She has developed and delivered Corporate Responsibility / Sustainability strategy and GRI reporting for three of the largest property groups in Australia (The GPT Group, Lend Lease and Australand). Caroline’s footprinting work has been applied to a large number of major developments, existing assets, organisations and over 800 retail tenancies.
Caroline is a current Board member of the Australian Life Cycle Assessment Society and the Australasian EPD programme.
Darren Vaux - Chief Executive Officer

Darren has over 25 years of development and project management experience across the Hotel, Residential, Commercial and Marine sectors and is passionate about driving continuous improvement in policy and practice.
Darren has been responsible for delivering high profile developments with challenging environmental constraints in Australia and South-East Asia and is active in a range of policy advocacy roles and industry groups. Darren has developed and sold a number of leading property development and service businesses.
Darren holds a variety of leadership roles in the development, marine and boating sectors.
