Greenfields & Landcom - are in joint venture to develop Oran Park which will eventually be home to over 25,000 people. The Town Centre will be the heart of the community and Stage 1 has now achieved development approval. The project aims to be a model of sustainability for other major developments and is required to comply with a progressive Sustainability Development Control Plan.
The Footprint Company carried out a life cycle embodied carbon assessment of the base scheme (incorporating commercial office space, retail base building, public realm and tenants) and provided low carbon design advice to the project team. An Embodied Carbon Footprint assessment report was also prepared in compliance with the site Sustainability Development Control Plan.
